About the Event
We are taking the planning and shopping away from you. All you have to do is show up, prep your meals, and bring a freezer bag to take your meals home in. During the event we will prepare 5 freezer meals. These meals can be cooked in a crock pot, instant pot, or oven. This event is lead by Taylor Williams owner of 413Nutrition and a registered dietitian. Taylor prepared the recipes and is going to instruct you on exactly how to prepare each meal with options to add pairings at home. She will also be available to answer questions throughout the event during down time. This event will last 2 hours. Invite your firends and family and come hang out with us for a great night.
